My account details have become known to others. What should I do?
You must change your e-mail password immediately by using the Members – Tools page to protect your e-mail account from being hacked. You should also send a self stamped envelope to the Webmaster at 164 Byron Way, Northolt, Middlesex UB5 6BB, enclosing your full name and account details. You will be posted a new password upon the receipt of your request.
Why does the website show incorrect time and date on my computer?
The date and time information at the top of the website pages is copied from your computers system clock. If an incorrect time or date is shown, you must adjust your computer's system clock.
I own a property in Byron Way but do not currently live there. Do I qualify for membership with the Community website?
No. Unfortunately the membership is exclusive to those who actually live in the estate on permanent basis.
I am a member of the Byron Way Community website and no longer wish to use it. Is there anything I should do?
Yes. Please use the Contacts - Webmaster page to let the Webmaster know. Your membership will be terminated and your account closed.
I have forgotten my username or passwords. What should I do?
The Webmaster cannot communicate with you via the e-mail as you are not able to access your messages without a valid username or password. However, you may send a self stamped envelope to The Webmaster, Byron Way Community Website, 164 Byron Way, Northolt, Middlesex UB5 6BB, including your details, and you will be posted your username and password. It is important to note that if your e-mail password was changed by yourself, the changed password cannot be retrieved by the Webmaster. Therefore, your e-mail account and all of its content will be deleted and a new one setup.
